I have created few actrviies and i want to license them , how can I do that can anyone give me some info

didnt undertand much tbh , i ahve already created a MIT licecnec which is for my github repo for the same prject file , how can i just add that .md file here ?

did not understand do i need to provide the link of the github file of the licence here and will it be done ?
