How to let UiPath open and run itself?

Hi, i am new to UiPath and not really understand about UiPath.

Can i set a time or a date to let UiPath run voluntarily? For example, on the 1st of every month at 5pm, the UiPath will open voluntarily and run the program it itself.

How should i do? And how to add the rule into the program? Please guide me. :smiley:
