How To Install Task Capture With All Extensions Enabled?

Task Capture for automatic installation of the product with all the extensions enabled?

Installing the Task Capture through the MSI package will deploy the extensions to the following location C:\Task Capture\externals\unified-recorder\UiPath.

Within this location, the SetupExtension app file will be present upon which a command can be built to install the extensions, more details here about the SetupExtensions tool.

It will be a 2-step rollout :

  1. Deploy Task Capture
  2. Deploy the extra features as shown below


See an example of the deployment of Edge extension via CMD (command example below)

  • CD C:\Task Capture\externals\unified-recorder\UiPath
  • setupextension.exe /Edge-Chromium-Global
