How to include multiple image files(.jpeg) from a folder in email body of Send Outlook Mail Message

Hi,
I have multiple images in a folder and a excel file of names of those images. I want to send and email with the images and corresponding name in a email body.
I am new to RPA UiPath. Can anyone help me to figure out how to do that?

Hi @Rituparna_Ray

Please follow the below steps:

  1. Read the Excel file using a Read Range activity.
  2. Iterate through the DT using a For Each Row activity.
  3. Use an if condition to check if row(Image) exists in the folder.
  4. If it does then, send the email and attach your image using folderName + row(Image) which will be dynamic.

Try it and let me know if you are facing any issues.

Hi,
Thanks a lot for helping. I have one more issue. My image files saved as image_08042020.1.1 to image_08042020.1.11 and then image_08042020.2.1 to image_08042020.2.6. First I wanted to rename these files as these are not in right format. I wanted to order them sequentially like 1,2,3,4,5,6…etc. Because as I am Iterate through this way, first it taking image_08042020.1.1, image_08042020.1.10, image_08042020.1.11, image_08042020.2.1. So, I think it is taking the last integer and mixing it up. I tried a lot but can not fix it.
Can you please help me to solve this? A .xaml file will be really helpful.
