How to improve response from UiPath's GenAI from giving generic responses?

I have been using UiPath’s GenAI to generate replies for my mails. I am using CRM data for this. The replies are very generic even when I give it clear details. I tried changing the prompts many times but nothing changed much. Has anyone faced a similar issue? Does anyone have any idea on how to resolve it?
