How to implement Computer Vision with orchestrator?

Hi,

I’m able to use Computer vision in Studio and run the process. But when I try to publish the project to orchestrator and let one of my robots conduct the job, they will fail instantly saying the following error:

Timeout reached.

RemoteException wrapping UiPath.Core.ElementOperationException: Timeout reached. —> RemoteException wrapping System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException: Timeout reached.
at UiPath.UiNodeClass.BringIntoView()
at UiPath.Core.UiElement.BringToForeground()
— End of inner exception stack trace —

at UiPath.Shared.Activities.ContinuableAsyncNativeActivity.BookmarkResumptionCallback(NativeActivityContext context, Bookmark bookmark, Object value)
at System.Activities.Runtime.BookmarkCallbackWrapper.Invoke(NativeActivityContext context, Bookmark bookmark, Object value)
at System.Activities.Runtime.BookmarkWorkItem.Execute(ActivityExecutor executor, BookmarkManager bookmarkManager)

Is really strange because if I run the process in the Studio, works fine. If i run the process from Orchestrator but connected to the server seen what the robot is doing works well but, if i disconnect(not sign out) the terminal server session and run the same process, fails with the time out error message. I’ve tryed to increase the time out but the error is the same.

Version of Orchestrator 2019.10.17

I hope you can help me .
