How to guide client with popup on specific places front office robot

Hi there i am making a robot where i have to guide client to click on certain buttons and to enter data on text boxes.
I want to show pop up on that specific location suppose clicking on the button should show popup near or above that button.
I am currently using highlighted portion activity but it is highlighting the area outside but not all over that area.

If there is some way please let me know
