How to get unread emails from email account linked within outlook

Hi

Have a view on this thread where it is used with exchange but still it will work

Send email from shared mailbox with Outlook or Exchange

I am using Exchange Mail Message activities but when I put the “shared email” in the Name property…the email still sends from the default account instead of the shared email account. When I try putting the “shared email” in the From property…I get an error saying I do no have the right to send mail on behalf of the specified account Can anyone please help me here? I need to figure this out.
