Urgent : Can anyone help me how to get unread emails from account linked within main account.

Main account is first hidden part and Invoice is linked account. I am seeing only main account’s email address from account settings.

I understood that the ‘invoice’ is your shared mailbox.
You can use activity ‘get imap messages’.
But you have to fill IMAP configuration for your mailbox.
example for office365:
email: acccount\shared mailbox upn login myemail@example.com\shared_mailbox_upn_login
password: your account password
For shared mailbox settings you should contact with your IT support.

I am getting an error of “Get IMAP Mail Messages: LOGIN failed.”

If you have trouble in reading email using gmail even after given correct inputs like port and server.
Please following the below instructions in the case of gmail.
- Go to the Less secure app access section of your Google Account. You might need to sign in.
- Turn Allow less secure apps on.
Kindly note that, this setting is not available for accounts with 2-Step Verification enabled. Such accounts require an application-specific password for less secure apps access.

Hey,
the IMAP settings you should get from your IT department. Maybe they have to enable this option on this mailbox.
I don’t know your configuration. My screenshot was example for office365.
The ‘invoice’ - is it separately email or shared mailbox ?
