Read the whole Excel spreadsheet into a datatable and use a FilterDatatable activity to filter the column with the value you’re looking for.

You can read the data table and write select query with where condition and the output will be list of rows, you can iterate them through and write them or you can use copy to data able and write whole data able at once.
