How to get the this recording tool in modern UiPath sudio I’m getting only App/web recording.Also In setting I’m not able to see the modern design experience.
In the updated versions of UiPath Studio, the option to switch to the Modern Design Experience is no longer available, as the Classic Experience has been removed. However, you can still use Classic Activities within the Modern Design.
To enable Classic Activities:
- Open the Activities Panel
- Click on Filter
- Enable the Classic option
Once enabled, when you search for activities, both Modern and Classic versions will be displayed. You can choose the appropriate one based on your requirements. However, switching entirely between Modern and Classic design experiences is no longer possible.

In the Modern Design experience, multiple recorders such as basic recorder, web recorder, desktop recorder, image recorder, and native Citrix recorder are not available. Instead, you have the App/Web Recorder in the Design ribbon. Refer to the image below for more details.

app/web recorder is a combination of all the recorders you see in the classic design
classic design is removed as of now and only modern design is present in new versions

Use app/web recording. It has the capability to identify the type. No need to use separate recorders. Kindly let us know if it is not working as expected
