How to GET the "Public Shareable URL" of a File, just uploaded in Gsuite Drive!?

Hello there, I have a process in which I have a PDF creation, and I upload it successfully to Drive

But, I want to get back a Public URL , which activity, or string manipulation, should I use to retrieve a Gsuite File Public URL (the one that when you click it, it opens up in your browser)

This is the file (I’ve assigned it to a variable) that I have just uploaded, that I would like to know it’s public URL

Pls, be super basic with the answer as I’m still a newbie in this
