How to get the current form size in UiPath?

UiPath documentation for the Create Form Task activity explains that the form layout has to be 1 MB max. I’m curious to know how to get the current size of the form. I tried referring multiple forum threads, most of them are dead end. Please let me know how to get the current form size.

in the new studio you have uiform as a separate file…the size of that file will give the size of layout almost
