How to get the Certificate if we failed to enter the email id while attending quiz?

Hi Team,
I am unable to get my certificate as I forgot to enter my mail id while attending the quiz (Naan Mudhalvan Robotic Process Automation Foundation Quiz). Please suggest for resolution to get my certificate of completion. PFB the screenshot for reference.
