How to get text from the captcha?

Can someone help me how to get text from captcha? I already tried with Get OCR and it’s not working. It’s not accurate and most of the time it’s getting blank. Can someone advise pls ?

Basically captcha are meant to block robots and automation access…ao wven few might work…as the captcha gets better thereare high chances it would fail

Either get it disabled for the bot account or use it in attended and let human solve it
