How to get Text by Outlook File

Hi Friends,

I had an outlook file and bot should take that file as input and should get the text present in that outlook file.
Could anyone help me , how to get the text from outlook file.

What type of file do you receive by mail?
Or you want to take body of email?

it is .msg file

Are you downloading from Outlook or it is saved somewhere locally?
