How to get ServiceNow to re-prompt for login and allow user

I’m working on an automation using the ServiceNow Application Scope and I need to set it up to handle the Microsoft Login and the SN window where it asks for permission to operate in the context of the current Windows user.

I logged out of ServiceNow and deleted the token file in Roaming/UiPath/authentication but it still isn’t prompting me.

I’m still a little unsure of when it prompts for these things. Will it do it when you’re querying SN, or only when you try to update?
