How to get output from python script in uipath

Hello all , i want to run a python script when i want to return a string from the script to UiPath , how can i do that , im trying to firgure out the activities used for python implemention like python scope, run script, load script and etc , but idk how to actually use it

also im a newbie in python too so i dont know what are python objects and all

please can any one explain it , or provide the docs
