How to get Header text in Word file(.doc, .docx)

Hi all,
I have a .docx file that contains header text, and I want to read the header text out. Does anyone know how to work it out?

what do you exactly mean by this?

For word documents, Headers and footers will be there right. He wants to read headers from that word doc.

Seems like it doesn’t work. Why it needs OCR? It just a Word file:sweat_smile:
