How to get data from Config file in Dispatcher?

Hi ,
I have created a separate dispatcher workflow, but i want to pass the information from Config file (for which Argument is in Main workflow ). I want to pass data from config in both dispatcher and Performer Bot. Can anyone please guide me how can i do it?
