How to get correspondig information from pdf file to split

Hi,

i have a below scenario like this,can anyone help me on this.

i have a pdf file with 15 pages where the structure is common across all the pages.
i have a heading with constant value in different pages.(heading with value exist in few pages and missing in different pages).
Now i want to split the pages from the pdf based on page heading .
can anyone help me how to the pic the corresponding heading and its value and split them accordingly.

Heading looks like, Ex: Gender : MALE Gender is heading and male is corresponding value.
