Very basic question but I’ve tried following this still don’t get ANY alerts. I am an admin of the orchestrator and specific folder, subscribed to alerts (faulted jobs) but still no luck. Any more detailed guides or demos I can refer to? Anything I missed?
I’ve seen that too but I don’t think the answer is there. There is no generate an alert when job is faulted because I think it should be covered here already. But then again, back to my problem - can’t make it work. Were you able to set that up successfully? Thanks!

Do you have any faulty jobs after enabling the alerts and setting up the email?
Yes. I didn’t enable the email yet though. I just wanted the alerts in Orchestrator. Not email alerts yet at this point.
Click on the alert preference setting
subscribe your alerting events and click on save
I have that “on” as well. I will log a ticket to UiPath support
