How to generate an Excel file getting data from other Excel file with data not in columns?

Hi, I’m new with UIPath and newbie in this Forum.

I have one Input Excel file with many records but not in columns, I need to read this file and generate a Excel output file with 1 record per line.

Sample files are here: Microsoft OneDrive - Access files anywhere. Create docs with free Office Online.

Can someone give me a direction how to solve this?
