How to forward gmail with specific words?

Hello guys, I want to forward email that I received to another email with specific word. For example, I just want to forward the email that contains “A001” word. What should I do?

you need to use Get IMAP Mail Messages

  • Read the mails with Get IMAP Mail messages
  • This will return a list of mail messages
  • Loop that mail message list with for each mail.
  • Inside that you can get the mail body of the mail message, and can check that contains “A001”
  • Then you can forward that mail to the required mail address.

As you are read all the mails, and looping with that, inside the loop use send outlook/exchnage mail activity. Use the mail.Subject and mail.Mailbody to the send email activity.
