How to Fix this Studio Login Issues. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Hi Team,

I Recently Facing this issues.. So many times, how can I fix this login issues

@kauveryrpabot This error usually happens when Studio/Assistant is not able to reach the UiPath service.

Try these checks:

  1. Close UiPath Studio and Assistant completely and restart them.
  2. Check whether https://cloud.uipath.com opens normally in the browser.
  3. Run this in PowerShell:
    Test-NetConnection cloud.uipath.com -Port 443
  4. If port 443 fails, check your VPN, proxy, firewall, or antivirus. In a company network, the UiPath URLs may need to be allowlisted.
  5. Try once using a mobile hotspot. If it works there, then it is most likely a network/firewall restriction.
  6. If the network is fine, restart the UiPath Robot service and try signing in again.

ComputerName : cloud.uipath.com
RemoteAddress : 104.18.36.34
RemotePort : 443

TcpTestSucceeded : True

Did you try to check if you are able to access the cloud orchestrator normally in the browser in that machine? If not means the machine is blocking the access to the orchestrator and to fix that you connect with your IT Team to whitelist the cloud orchestrator.

@kauveryrpabot I noticed the Orchestrator URL contains the complete Global Monitoring page URL. Please remove everything after orchestrator_ and try again.

It should be something like:
https://cloud.uipath.com/<organization>/<tenant>/orchestrator_

Since the port 443 test is already successful, correct this URL first and then try signing in again

Hi @kauveryrpabot,

Can you try using the URL shown in the image.

Also, check the Event Viewer to see if any related error or warning is being captured for UiPath.

Thanks!

@kauveryrpabot since your port 443 test is already successful, I’d check the Orchestrator URL first.

From the screenshots it looks like you may be using a full Orchestrator page URL. Try using only the tenant Orchestrator base URL, ending around /orchestrator_, without the Global Monitoring page/path after it.

If that still fails, then check the UiPath logs or Windows Event Viewer for the exact connection being refused.

Hi @kauveryrpabot

The issue is because Extract Document Data returns the fields as ExtractedField(Of String), not directly as String.

You can resolve it by using the .Value property.

Steps:

  1. Create a String variable, for example invoiceNumber.
  2. Use an Assign activity:
  3. Do the same for the other fields:
  4. Create your DataTable with the required columns.
  5. Use Add Data Row and pass:

{invoiceNumber, invoiceDate, purchaseOrder}

So the flow is:

Extract Document Data → .Value → String variables → Add Data Row → DataTable

For the invoice line-item table (Quantity, Item No, Description, Amount, etc.), you need to loop through the extracted table rows and add each row separately.

Hope this helps!

Hi @kauveryrpabot ,

probaby your machine is already added to that orchestrator?

Check that first.

Also have you tried to ckick “learn more”

Thank you,
Luis Nunes
