How to fix the problem when implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms, without turning off “FIPS” Local Security Policy in projects created with “Windows - Legacy” dependency?

How to fix this problem without turning off “FIPS” Local Security Policy in projects created with “Windows - Legacy” dependency.

Note: We can accomplish this in projects built by “Windows” dependency .
