How to fix Insights CORS issue
Issue Description :
Can not access Insights from Orchestrator page
Resolution :
- Import the Insights certificates on Personal and Trusted Folder on Orchestrator machine
- Import the Orchestrator certificates on Or and Trusted Folder on Insights machine
- Go to Insights machine open a browser (not IE) and navigate to localhost:3030
- Click 5 time on UiPath logo and go to Base Configuration
- Open WebServer
- Under webServer.cors.allowedOrigins please set the value " * " only (ignore the error and save)
- Go to InsightsURL/app/settings
- Open Settings
- Under Support Cross Site Cookies for Embedding please set to "none" and save
- Restart the Insights service from localhost:3030 and perform also an iisreset
