How to fix Insights CORS issue

Issue Description :

Can not access Insights from Orchestrator page

Resolution :

  1. Import the Insights certificates on Personal and Trusted Folder on Orchestrator machine
  2. Import the Orchestrator certificates on Or and Trusted Folder on Insights machine
  3. Go to Insights machine open a browser (not IE) and navigate to localhost:3030
  4. Click 5 time on UiPath logo and go to Base Configuration
  5. Open WebServer
  6. Under webServer.cors.allowedOrigins please set the value " * " only (ignore the error and save)
  7. Go to InsightsURL/app/settings
  8. Open Settings
  9. Under Support Cross Site Cookies for Embedding please set to "none" and save
  10. Restart the Insights service from localhost:3030 and perform also an iisreset
