How to fix AADSTS errors thrown by Microsoft O365 activities

Why when I run a project using Outlook 365 or Office365 activities, it fails with AADSTS error? Why when i run a workflow using the Outlook365 or Sharepoint 365 connectors, it fails with AADSTS errors?

This article comprises the list of currently available technical articles we created to solve AADSTS issues reported by the UiPath customer base.

AADSTS stands for Azure Active Directory Security Token Service and such errors occur when an UiPath resource tries to call the Microsoft Graph API endpoint and runs into an authentication error.

This happens when leveraging activities from the Microsoft Office 365 activities package.

• AADSTS50011: The Redirect URI Specified In The Request Does Not Match
• AADSTS50076: Due To A Configuration Change Made By The Administrator, or Due To Moving To A New Location, Use Multi-Factor Authentication To Access
• AADSTS500113: No reply address is registered for the application
• AADSTS65001: The User Or Administrator Has Not Consented To Use The Application With ID. Send An Interactive Authorization Request For This User And Resource
