How to Find text from document

Hello, I would like to find a specific word in a document.

Goal is to find the username. Any snap-shot would be a better help since i am still learning. Thanks

ex:
Client need password reset. username is XYZ. or
i need password reset my userid is ZXY. or
can you help with temp password for paramjit.
