How to find Locator for mouseover element in studio

Hi,
Could anyone help with this How to find a Locator for the mouseover element in the studio?
Brief: Normally in the Application screen if we move the cursor to a specific place the button is displayed in that case while I am trying to locate that element while iam moving the mouse to the specific place I am unable to find the locator for that.

Try mouse
hover activity if it does not work try with
hover image or hover text or hover ocr text.

As for my understanding, if you want to capture any specific region in that page, it’s not happening instead it’s capturing full screen right.

If it’s a web based application and you are using chrome then you should enable Chrome extension.
Second try with cropping method using your cursor.
