How to find difference between email received time and reply sent time

Can anyone help me in finding the time difference between a particular email received time and reply sent time, Thanks in advance
Any idea how can we do it

Locate the date and time on your received email . In Web-based email systems it is usually displayed next to the sender at the top of the email , but sometimes it’s at the bottom of the email . In Microsoft Outlook 2010, it is displayed at the top of the email in the Sent section.
