How to find data greater than current time for this scenario?

Hello experts,

  1. I have a scenario where i have have to download data of 2 days.
  2. I have to run same process 3 or 5 times a day.
  3. i need to check last time from datatable on “Time” column.
  4. i need to Filter data from last Time to proceed further.

What can be the logic for this ?
How can i do this ?
