How to Filter DataGrid on UIform based on Selectbox value

I have Scenario like in form activity have created dynamic select box and data grid.
Form data like below Snip.

When I select one of the select box the data grid should display filter data which is matching with select box value
Ex : If we select Karnataka select box the data grid should display only Karnataka related
