How to filter and replace values based on condtion

i have 2 columns which is Department and Tower
Here in department i have to filter A9, after that i have to check for the values “IT software” and “IT Hardware” in Tower column then replace those 2 values with IT SI passthrough also i need to achieve this using if condition and assign activity, please help me to do it
