How to fetch the selected check box value in PDF?

Hi All,

I need to fetch the check box value from the pdf.
can someone help me on that??

from the above image I need to fetch the checked value(month) and 3(which present in he image).
so the output looks like 3 months.

Use present validation station if you are using attended robot or use Action center you are doing unattended bot.After Extraction of data put these activities
