How to extract the value based on checkbox in DU

Hi Team,
I have a PDF file I have check box M or F which ever has X mark I should extract that .
Can anyone help me how to do I referred the doc we have it but it didnot helped me.

Have you try with different OCR

It worked now after changing OCR .

And I need one more help I have used number type for some values.
The value it as 123444 but in output excel I am getting as 123444.00 I don’t need this .00 how to do it without any string manipulation can we do it directly

we can do it directly in excel

  1. Select the range of cells
  2. Right click on it and select Format Cells
    3.Go to the Number tab
  3. In the Category select Number and the choose “Number” with zero decimal
