How to extract the overlapped Row

Hi all.

I would like to know how to extract the overlapped row.

What I want to do is this;

  1. Read Range (from excel)
  2. extract overlapped row
  3. Fill some value on the extracted cell ( create new column)

e.g)
A B C
1 n x
2 n x
3 n x
1 n x

↓

A B C “D”
1 n x :heavy_check_mark:
2 n x
3 n x
1 n x :heavy_check_mark:
