How to extract image of selected area in DU

For eg there is a scenario where i have to extract the section of the signature in a cheque and store it as a image so i can later do signature comparison in ai center and some other things

even if i get the coordinates of the particular section in the entire image i can get a c# code for it later but for that too i want some thing that points to that square section of the image that is needed to be extracted
