How to export my project as template

Hi Uipath Members,
I am a beginner to Uipath. I created several projects.
But the issue I faced now is I don’t know how to export my certain project as template.
Some of the project I created, it allows me to export project as template.
But some of the project does not allow me to export project as template.

May I know how do I know whether this project can be exported as template?

Remarks: Because I just joined this forum, I cannot attach photo for your reference.
The “Export as Template” function is located at the right of the “Save” function and at the left of “Debug File” function.

It could be that not all types of projects support the save as template feature just yet.

For example, from these two:

only the standard Process supports it, while the Library will not let you do it.

In earlier versions of UiPath Studio, such as 2019, you could save any process project as a template, using “Save as Template”. Once it is saved, you will find it right away under Templates section on the Home screen.

But with the 2021 version, I am having a similar issue as you are…Not every project can be “Exported as Template” and even if I did export it, I can’t find it for future use on the Home screen.

Does anyone know where to find the just exported template?

Very informative and helpful. I just created a template using the new 2021 technique. In case anyone is looking for a solution.
