I have invite other person to access my Orchestrator, and new a robot and marchine for the person as below:
I can`t run test case on his PC, and he can execute the test case on his PC. did I miss some steps?
he can run his script, but can`t run my test case which I updated to Orchestrator
Is he having access to all packages?
Is he able to see the test cases?
Are the test cases published to personal workspace?

Can you please check the audit logs mostly it might have more info of ehat exact error is…because the setup looks correct…
Only possible difference might be your versions or studio and robots but I dont think that would be different for you people

Maybe it was the issue, My colleagues studio connect to orchestrator would bring a robot error. do you know whats wrong?
From screenshot I can see In the test set provided the test case count is zero…did you add any test cases there?
It is usual to see that error on robot…try clicking on sign in and it should be gone…and I hope that wont stop you from running

from the PIC, it is not running a test set, it just running a automation script(test case)

You can runtest cases as well…but as per screenshot the time stamps and the one youa re highlighting and all are not matchign
