Hello, If I have the cloud orchestrator for my organization, and a user has forgotten his password, how do I reset it as an administrator? The error message we get is “You can’t reset your own password because password writeback isn’t turned on for your organization…contact your administrator”

If users created by manually, you can reset it it by orchestrator setting > users > edit user
If user is AD authenticated, passwords going through windows
And the other thing is user can be reset the password through forget password on pre login menu of orchestrator(for this dont need to involve by others users can reset their password by themselves)
