How to drag and slide an element?

Hey guys, i am trying to drag an element to the form and make it as much as the green one
( i show it on the video)
And now i only know is click and type into stuff, dont know how to do it, is there any one can help me??
Here is the code of that form, it seems like the Subroutine inside the Web.
