How to Download the Latest Sent email from Outlook?

I cannot find a way to download the (most latest) sent email from my Outlook Sent Item box.
Anybody can help me out?

Use Get Outlook Mail Message activity and specify Folder name as Sent Items and set Top as 1 and to find latest sent mail.

Thank you. Can I also know if there is anoher way (instead of hard coded as 1) to search from the Sent Items to locate the sent email with specific email content?

For example:
I have 3 sent emails from my Sent Items box right now, regardless of their email subject, I would like to download the most latest one with email content with “Sent to download purpose”. Any way to achieve that?
