I want to upgrade our Orchestrator from 24.10.5 to 25.10, but I’m not sure where I can download Orchestrator 25.10.
Could you please share the official download link for Orchestrator 25.10?

Are you on on-prem version? If yes, then use UiPath customer portal. You will be able to find the msi installer in there for 25.10 LTS.
However, if you are on automation cloud, then your orchestrator will be automatically updated and you will only have to update your studio version yourself. For studio again, use UiPath customer portal for downloading msi.

Perfect then. You will be able to find the same on customer portal then.
Additionally, you will also have UiPath customer/account manager assigned to your organization, so can email and get in touch with them for any queries/concerns.
Also, UiPath support portal can be used for raising tickets for any help/issues.
