How to download Healing Agent debug file for Test Cases in Test Cloud?

Setup

I’ve successfully configured Healing Agent with the following:

  • :white_check_mark: AI Trust Layer Policy deployed (Healing Agent enabled)
  • :white_check_mark: Robot Policy deployed (Allow Self-Healing enabled)
  • :white_check_mark: Healing Agent activated at process/test case level in Orchestrator
  • :white_check_mark: UIAutomation.Activities v25.10+
  • :white_check_mark: Auto-healing works during unattended execution

The Issue

Healing Agent successfully heals selectors during Test Case executions in Test Cloud, but I cannot find the debug file to download and import into Studio.

For regular Processes (Jobs in Orchestrator):

  • Orchestrator > Jobs > Job Details > Healing Agent tab > Download debug file :white_check_mark: Works perfectly

For Test Cases in Test Cloud:

  • Test Manager > Test Executions > Results
  • :cross_mark: No “Healing Agent” tab or download option visible

What I Need

I want to:

  1. Download the Healing Agent debug file from Test Case executions
  2. Import it into Studio using Autopilot (“Load Healing Agent data from file”)
  3. Apply the AI-suggested selector changes permanently to my local project

Questions

  1. Where can I find the Healing Agent debug file for Test Cases executed in Test Cloud?
  2. Is this feature available for Test Cloud Test Cases, or only for regular Orchestrator jobs?
  3. If not available, is there an alternative way to retrieve the healing recommendations from Test Cloud executions?

Has anyone successfully downloaded Healing Agent debug files from Test Cloud Test Cases? Any guidance would be appreciated!

Healing Agent debug files are not generated or exposed for Test Cloud Test Case executions. They are only available for Process jobs executed via Orchestrator.

This feature is supported only for regular Orchestrator Process jobs.
For Test Cloud Test Cases, Healing Agent works at runtime, but debug file download is not supported.

There is no supported alternative to download Healing Agent data from Test Cloud.
The recommended UiPath approach is to run the same workflow as a Process, download the Healing Agent debug file from Orchestrator, apply the fixes in Studio, and then update the Test Case.
