How to disable alerts for users mapped to a particular Role

I need to disable alerts( should not receive mail alerts ) for users mapped with a particular role.

Thanks for the Document. It shows the steps to disable alerts for particular users. And the steps to disable alerts Folder specific. But I need to disable alerts for users who are mapped with a particular role. So that if I create a user and map that Role, He should not get any alerts…
