How to Diagnose Insights Security Issues?

Diagnosis:
- Provide information on how the issue is discovered:
- If there are steps to reproduce the issue, provide the steps for reproduction
- If the issue was discovered by a security scan, provide the security scan report
- If the issue is a more general FAQ, provide what the concern is and why its a concern
- If your company is trying to comply with a security standard, make sure to mention that standard
- It is often recommended that someone from the security team is CC'd on any tickets that are opened.
- Make sure to provide the version Insights that is being used.
