How to Diagnose Insights Security Issues?

This article address how to address security concerns and what information the UiPath support team needs to help address said concerns.

Diagnosis:

  1. Provide information on how the issue is discovered:
    1. If there are steps to reproduce the issue, provide the steps for reproduction
    2. If the issue was discovered by a security scan, provide the security scan report
    3. If the issue is a more general FAQ, provide what the concern is and why its a concern
    4. If your company is trying to comply with a security standard, make sure to mention that standard
    5. It is often recommended that someone from the security team is CC'd on any tickets that are opened.
