How to deploy Attended robot through Nuget file?

I am a developer using the community version.
I’m trying to pass a nuget file to a coworker by email and deploy the Attended Robot in Assistant, but he’s getting the following error:

My guess is that UiPath policy requires all robots(Ateended,Unattended) to be uploaded to an orchestrator, and deployment as a nuget file seems to require an enterprise license.
Please verify that my guess is correct.

Hi,

We can use CommunityEdition as offline (it means without Orchestrator)
Can you try to uninstall and re-install, then choose not interactive sign-in but offline.

Well, even I reinstall but still have problem. I installed only Assistant. That’s reason Assistant require license key,I guess.

Yes. If we choose Custom mode when install, we need to assign license from Orchestrator in Community Edition. Perhaps you should use Quick install and offline activation if use CommunityEdition without Orchestrator.
