How to delete invisible record in excel?

Dear Experts

I have a request as below:

There are some invisible record in “blank” rows but I don’t know which ones are trully nothing in the cell and how many rows are with invisible values.

I want to delete all rows with invisible value/record in the “blank” rows, may I know how to do it?

After filter …use delete rows either visible or hidden based on filter
