How to delete duplicate rows on the basis of single column from a datatable

Hi Team,

I have a datatable dt which contains 4 column . I need to delete all those rows from the datatable where column 2 value repeats.

for example

C1 C2 C3 C4
aa bb cc ee

1q 2w 3e 4r

3e 4r 6y 7u

1q bb u8 o0

Here I need to delete the 4th row as column 2 value is same between row1 and row 4.

How can I achieve this please help.

I am using this Out_Dt_Airba.AsEnumerable().GroupBy(Function(i) i.Field(Of String)(7)).Select(Function(g) g.First).CopyToDataTable

but getting the error "Assign: Unable to cast object of type ‘UiPath.Core.GenericValue’ to type 'System.String
